Key west/ Cuba charters.

Key west has been granted the OK to start offering charter flights to Cuba. On Oct 4 Thomas Winkowski told
Key West International, that they reviewed the letter and checked that the airport meet at of its criteria. For now only 10 people are allowed to be on a flight to Cuba. But that will change once upgrades are made at the airport. The Keys are added to the ever increasing list of US-Cuba charters.
